Our staff are professional, experienced, and caring individuals who coordinate services in your residence. We provide homemaker/companion and non-medical in home care services for individuals.

Community Care Solutions is an agency that makes it a convenient and cost-effective way to provide assistance allowing people to remain at home.  

CCS provides assistance to people with the inability to perform one or more instrumental activities of daily living. 

Owner, Karen B. Brown is a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist. This certification is characterized by the needs and wants that we develop as we grow older. It coincides with universal design and the individuals home and how to make it more accessible as people age. As a consultant her goal will be to enable people to stay in their homes throughout their lifetime. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a LPN.

Community Care Solutions provides assistance to people with the inability to perform one or more instrumental activities of daily living. We are not a medical or skilled care agency. We do not have nurses, doctors, therapist, or any other licensed professionals employed by us.

The company is referred to as a “Home-maker Service”. We provide assistance with transporting clients to doctor/dental appointments and social or religious events, errands, light house cleaning/chores, laundry, meal preparation, companion/safety sitters, stand by assistance with baths and hygiene care. We work with people who have mild cognitive impairments, disabilities and older adults. Hours covered by staff can be up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week per client’s request. We accept short term, long term or PRN (as needed) client cases.

***We do not provide total/skilled hands on care, transfer individuals, or assist with total baths/hygiene care.

For those who are home-bound or do not have the immune system to go out to the store amid the COVID-19 pandemic. CCS understands the importance of nutritional foods and household needs. Please call 540-953-2273 to set up the shopping service. Or email us at communitycaresolutionsoffice@gmail.com.

No-Contact Delivery: We would discuss fee and payment options via phone or email, as well as delivery options.

* Grocery list needs to be as detailed as possible with brand specifics, a CCS employee would come to your home, pick up the list, the discussed fee and grocery payment method. (This can be left on porch if you request no-contact). CCS employee would go to closet store, shop for items, (if there is a question the employee will call and ask), return to your home with items and reciept. CCS employee can help you put the groceries away or they can be placed on your porch (no-contact).
